A process is disclosed for producing self-parting, compact or cellular mouldings made of polyisocyanate polyaddition products, if required containing reinforcing agents, by reacting (a) organic and/or modified organic polyisocyanates with (b) at least one compound with at least two reactive hydrogen atoms and a molecular weight from 62 to 10,000; and optionally (c) chain lengthening and/or cross-linking agents, in the presence of (d) inner parting agents, and in the presence or absence of (e) catalysts; (f) foaming agents; (g) reinforcing agents and (h) additives, in an open or closed moulding tool. The process is characterised in that alkylsuccinic acid esters and/or semi-esters and/or alkenylsuccinic acid esters and/or semi-esters are used as inner parting agents (d).

Ce procédé permet de préparer des corps moulés auto-démoulables, compacts ou cellulaires en produits de polyaddition de polyisocyanate, le cas échéant contenant des agents de renforcement, par réaction de (a) des polyisocyanates organiques et/ou organiques modifiés avec (b) au moins un composé qui contient au moins deux atomes d'hydrogène réactifs et a un poids moléculaire de 62 à 10.000, et le cas échéant (c) des agents d'allongement de la chaîne et/ou de réticulation croisée, en présence de (d) des agents internes de démoulage et en présence ou en absence de (e) des catalyseurs, (f) des agents gonflants; (g) des agents de renforcement et (h) des additifs, dans un outil de moulage ouvert ou fermé. Ce procédé se caractérise en ce que l'on utilise comme agent interne de démoulage (d) des esters et/ou des semi-esters d'acide alkylsuccinique et/ou des esters et/ou des semi-esters d'acide alcénylsuccinique.
