Annular seals seal the axial ends of the inner ring-outer ring annulus. The inner ring has progressively increasing diameter cylindrical surfaces extending axially inwardly from each axial end surface of the inner ring. Each seal has substantially one metal shield which is press-fit into the outer ring. A resilient member is bonded to the metal shield. The resilient member has a seal lip in wiping contact with one of the inner ring cylindrical surfaces.
