ABSTRACT It is a cutting device for wrap film, which comprises a saddle assembly being slidably-mounted in the sliding channel of a sliding rail. The saddle assembly is mounted with a safety razor, and when the saddle assembly is pushed to slide, the wrap film will be cut of f; the device is used for replacing the conventional cutting method by means of a metal serrated strip.
