The invention relates to a semiconductor P-N material which can be obtained using a method comprising the following successive steps consisting in: functionalising a porous oxide ceramic substrate by chemically grafting one or more compounds comprising at least one group that can be polymerised with one or more precursors of an electroconductive polymer and at least one group that can be chemically grafted to the substrate; impregnating the substrate thus functionalised with a solution comprising the precursor(s); and polymerising the precursor(s). The invention also relates to the use of said materials for photovoltaic cells.

L'invention a trait à un matériau semi~-conducteur P-N susceptible d'être obtenu par un procédé comprenant successivement les étapes suivantes une étape de fonctionnalisation d'un substrat en céramique oxyde poreuse par greffage chimique d'un ou plusieurs composés comprenant au moins un groupe susceptible d'être polymérisé avec un ou plusieurs précurseurs d'un polymère conducteur de l'électricité et au moins un groupe apte à se greffer chimiquement audit substrat ; une étape d'imprégnation dudit substrat ainsi fontionnalisé par une solution comprenant le ou lesdits précurseur(s) ; une étape de polymérisation du ou desdits précurseurs. Application de ces matériaux à des cellules photovoltaïques.
