The invention relates to an input arrangement, comprising a pulse generator, an echography probe, a diplexer and a pre-amplifier (Front End Circuit). The invention is characterised in that the diplexer comprises three supplementary elements (diodes 23, 24 and resistance 25) with respect to a conventional diplexer, which permit a strong attenuation of the pulses from the generator whilst the diplexer transmits the echoes from the probe.

La structure d~entrée de l~invention comporte un générateur d~impulsions, une sonde d~échographie, un diplexeur et un préamplificateur (« Front End Circuit » en anglais). Selon une caractéristique de l~invention, le diplexeur comporte, par rapport à un diplexeur connu, trois éléments supplémentaires (diodes 23, 24 et résistance 25) qui permettent d~atténuer fortement les impulsions du générateur lorsque le diplexeur transmet les échos de la sonde.
