The input device for control signals for controlling the movement of an object represented on a display device is fitted with a housing (24) and three control signal generating devices (38, 40, 42) to generate first control signals. The input device also comprises three actuating organs (32, 34, 36) disposed orthogonally in relation to each other, wherein each organ is mounted in such a way that it may be displaced linearly along a spatial axis (x, y, z) on or in the housing (24) and protrudes outwards above the housing (24) in two opposite areas of said housing (24). Each actuating organ (32, 34, 36) interacts with one of the control signal generating devices (38, 40, 42), wherein the control signal generating devices (38, 40, 42) generate the first control signals depending on the displacement position of the actuating organs (32, 34, 35). Spatial orientation of the housing (24) is recognized by a position recognition sensor (46) and representation on the display is adjusted in correspondence with the position and location of the housing (24).
L'invention concerne un appareil d'entrée pour signaux de commande servant à commander le déplacement d'un objet représenté sur un dispositif d'affichage. Cet appareil comprend un boîtier (24) et trois dispositifs de génération de signaux de commande (38, 40, 42) qui servent à produire des premiers signaux de commande. Cet appareil comporte en outre trois organes d'actionnement (32, 34, 36) disposés orthogonalement l'un par rapport à l'autre, chacun de ces organes étant monté, de façon à pouvoir se déplacer linéairement le long d'un axe spatial (x, y, z), sur ou dans le boîtier (24) et faisant saillie vers l'extérieur, au-dessus du boîtier (24), chaque fois dans deux zones opposées dudit boîtier (24). Chaque organe d'actionnement (32, 34, 36) coopère respectivement avec un des dispositifs de génération de signaux de commande (38, 40, 42), ces dispositifs de génération de signaux de commande (38, 40, 42) produisant les premiers signaux de commande en fonction des positions de décalage des organes d'actionnement (32, 34, 36). Par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de détection (46) destiné à la reconnaissance de position, l'orientation du boîtier (24) dans l'espace est reconnue et l'image apparaissant sur l'affichage est orientée conformément à la position et à la situation du boîtier (24).
