An input signal reading circuit comprises an up-down counter receiving an input signal and a sampling clock to count up the sampling clock when the input signal is at a high level and to count down the sampling clock when the input signal is at a low level. The up-down counter outputs an underflow signal when a count value of the up-down counter becomes zero. A comparator compares the count value of the up-down counter with a reference value held in a register, to generate a coincidence signal when the count value of the up-down counter becomes coincident with the reference value. A RS flipflop is set by the coincidence signal to bring the read-out signal into a high level, and is reset by the underflow signal to bring the read-out signal into a low level.
L'invention est un circuit de lecture de signaux d'entrée comportant un compteur progressif-régressif qui reçoit un signal d'entrée et un signal d'horloge pour effectuer un comptage progressif ou régressif sur ce dernier selon que le signal d'entrée est à l'état haut ou à l'état bas. Ce compteur produit un signal indiquant une baisse de circulation quand le compte progressif devient nul. Un comparateur compare le compte progressif avec une valeur de référence conservée dans un registre pour produire un signal de coïncidence quand ces deux valeurs sont égales. Une bascule RS est mise à 1 par le signal de coïncidence pour mettre le signal lu au niveau haut et est mise à 0 par le signal de baisse de circulation pour mettre le signal lu à l'état bas.
