Insecticidal compositions including (a) 0.001-5 %, preferably 0.05-0.5 % of a solid compound such as 1-phenyl pyrazole, and particularly 1-[2,6-Cl¿2? 4-CF¿3? phenyl]3-CN 4-[SO-CF¿3?] 5-NH¿2? pyrazole; (b) 0.05-10 %, preferably 0.1-5 % of a thickening agent; and (c) 5-50 %, preferably 10-40 % of propylene glycol, the compound of formula (I) being dissolved in said propylene glycol, are disclosed. An insect control method using said composition, particularly for controlling ants, is also disclosed.

Compositions insecticides comprenant: (a) entre 0,001 et 5 %, de préférence entre 0,05 et 0,5 % d'un composé solide de type 1-phényl pyrazole, notamment le 1-[2,6-Cl2 4-CF3 phenyl]3-CN 4-[SO-CF3] 5-NH2 pyrazole; et (b) entre 0,05 et 10 %, de préférence entre 0,1 et 5 % d'un agent épaississant; et (c) entre 5 et 50 %, de préférence entre 10 et 40 % de propylène glycol, le composé de formule (I) étant à l'état dissous dans ledit propylène glycol. Procédé de lutte contre les insectes mettant en oeuvre cette composition, notamment contre les fourmis.
