The present application describes a composition for long-lasting protection of small mammals against fleas comprising at least one 1-N-arylpyrazole insecticide, particularly fipronil, and at least one compound which is a chitin-synthesis inhibitor, in a fluid vehicle which is acceptable to the animal and suitable for local application to the skin.
La présente demande concerne une formulation procurant une protection durable aux petits mammifères contre les puces, et renfermant au moins un insecticide à base de 1-N-arylpyrazole, en particulier le fipronil, et au moins un inhibiteur de la synthèse de chitine, dans un excipient acceptable pour l'animal et convenant pour une application locale sur la peau.
