The invention concerns an insert (130) comprising a cavity (131) forming a housing for a locating element (140) to enable the range of power and amplitude ultrasounds adapted for the ultrasonic insert (130) designed to be mounted on a surgical hand piece (120) to be selected. The locating element is made of an elastic material having a melting point higher than 130 ~C allowing it to resist to the vibrations as well as the sterilizing temperatures. The locating element (140) has a colour or design corresponding to the range of power and amplitude of the ultrasounds adapted to its use.

Pour permettre la sélection de la plage de puissance et d'amplitude des ondes ultrasonores adaptée pour un insert ultrasonique (130) destiné à être monté sur une pièce à main chirurgicale (120), l'insert (130) comporte une cavité (131) formant un logement pour un élément de repérage (140). L'élément de repérage est formé d'un matériau élastique qui présente une température de fusion supérieure à 130 °C lui permettant de résister aux vibrations ainsi qu'aux températures de stérilisation.
