A cartridge inserter adapted for use in insertion of a cartridge into a rock bolt hole drilled in rock in an underground mine, said inserter comprising a tube portion (11) having an opening (12) at one end which opens into the interior of the tube portion (11), the interior region of the tube portion being adapted to receive a cartridge, the tube portion being adapted to be insertable within a rock bolt hole. Also provided is a method for installing a cartridge by the use of the inserter (11) and a cap being receivable within the opening (12) and adapted to support the cartridge within the rock bolt hole.
L'invention concerne un élément d'insertion de cartouche destiné à l'insertion d'une cartouche dans un trou de boulon foré dans la roche dans une mine souterraine. Ledit élément d'insertion comporte une partie tubulaire (11) présentant une ouverture (12) sur une extrémité, s'ouvrant à l'intérieur de la partie tubulaire, la zone intérieure de la partie tubulaire étant conçue pour recevoir une cartouche, et la partie tubulaire étant conçue pour être insérée dans un trou de boulon. L'invention concerne également un procédé destiné à installer une cartouche au moyen de l'élément d'insertion (11), ainsi qu'un capuchon pouvant être reçu dans l'ouverture (12) et conçu pour supporter la cartouche dans le trou de boulon.
