An insole which contributes to correct flatfoot and promote health is to be provided. The insole 1 of this invention comprises a tightly sealed bladder formed of two flexible resin sheets 2 (3) having the edged parts 4 thereof fused and a liquid 5 filled in the bladder to such an extent as that the two sheets 2 (3) partially come into mutual contact when a certain load is exerted thereon, characterized in that a protruded part 11 is formed from the shoe sole-shaped tightly sealed bladder. For flat-footed persons, the insole can easily correct flatfoot by forcibly forming a developed arch on the foot sole thereof. For normal persons, the insole can stimulate the entire arch, apply a sufficient pressing force equivalent to that by stepping (on a green bamboo) to foot soles, and manifest a satisfactory massaging effects.
