[PROBLEMS] An inspection device for a headrest return prevention mechanism that moves forward in a rear collision and, at a position where the headrest supports the head of a seated person, prevents the headrest from returning. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An inspection device (1) for inspecting a headrest return prevention mechanism (50) having a bracket (52) and an engagement section (51) capable of returning to a normal position after it is displaced from that position to a fixed position. The inspection device (1) has a base (11), a clamp mechanism (12) for fixing the bracket (52) to the base (11), a load application mechanism (13) for applying a load to the engagement section (51) to move it from the normal position to the fixed position, a displacement sensor (14) for measuring the fixed position when the engagement section (51) is displaced from the normal position to the fixed position, and a computer (15) for determining whether the engagement section (51) has moved to the predetermined fixed position based on the fixed position measured by the displacement sensor (14). A defective product where the engagement section is not displaced to the predetermined fixed position can be accurately determined.
Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de cette invention consiste à fournir un dispositif d~inspection pour mécanisme anti-retour d~appuie-tête qui se déplace vers l~avant en cas de collision par l~arrière et qui empêche, en une position où l~appuie-tête supporte la tête d~une personne assise, le retour de l~appuie-tête. La solution proposée consiste en un dispositif d~inspection (1) destiné à inspecter un mécanisme anti-retour d~appuie-tête (50), présentant un support (52) et une section d~engagement (51) pouvant regagner sa position normale après l~avoir quittée en se déplaçant vers une position fixe. Le dispositif d~inspection (1) possède une base (11), un mécanisme de serrage (12) pour la fixation du support (52) à la base (11), un mécanisme d~application de charge (13) destiné à appliquer une charge à la section d~engagement (51) pour déplacer celle-ci de sa position normale vers la position fixe, un capteur de déplacement (14) destiné à mesurer la position fixe lorsque la section d~engagement (51) quitte sa position normale pour se déplacer vers la position fixe et un ordinateur (15) déterminant si la section d~engagement (51) s~est déplacée vers la position fixe prédéterminée, en fonction de la position fixe mesurée par le capteur de déplacement (14). Il est possible de déterminer précisément le taux de flexion là où la section d~engagement n~est pas déplacée vers la position fixe prédéterminée.
