After that, a beam capable of illuminating inspection liquid such as ultraviolet ray is irradiated from a beam emitting unit on the object material to be inspected to detect the point of occurrence of any leakage of fluid in the object material to be inspected by illuminating the route through which the inspection liquid spread.
