An inspection method for microorganisms and the like and a unit therefor comprising a culturing device, an image grabbing device, a computation processing device and a device for disposal of microorganisms and the like, which method utilizes such devices in order to predict in advance a state after the elapse of a given time with respect to microorganisms in a specimen of a sample taken from a substance or a body containing microorganisms by separating an image of the specimen into three primary colours, calculating out colour information data for the three primaries, comparing the data with first data collected in advance by means of the above described procedure for microorganisms and the like, or, optionally with overall data including the first data and second data such as genetic information for microorganisms, extracting the characteristic inherent in a particular microorganism, identifying the type of the microorganism, and calculating out an estimated state of breeding of the microorganism after the elapse of a given time.
On décrit un procédé de détection de micro-organismes et autres ainsi qu'une unité de détection qui comprend un dispositif de mise en culture, un dispositif de saisie d'images, un dispositif de traitement computationnel et un dispositif d'élimination des micro-organismes et autres. Dans le procédé, on utilise ces dispositifs pour prévoir à l'avance l'état après l'écoulement d'un temps donné des micro-organismes présents dans un spécimen d'un échantillon provenant d'une substance ou d'un corps contenant des micro-organismes. Les dispositifs servent à séparer une image du prélèvement en trois couleurs primaires, à calculer les données d'information de couleur relatives aux trois couleurs primaires, à comparer les données à des premières données collectées à l'avance au moyen de la procédure décrite plus haut relative aux micro-organismes et autres, ou facultativement à des données globales comprenant les premières données et des deuxièmes données telles que des informations génétiques relatives aux micro-organismes, à extraire les caractéristiques propres à un micro-organisme particulier, à identifier le type du micro-organisme, et à calculer un état estimé de la reproduction du micro-organisme après l'écoulement d'un temps donné.
