The invention concerns an installation (1) comprising means (11A, 11B) for communicating with a fluid source, means (65) for dispensing the fluid, means (5) for producing products (3) associated with the fluid dispensing means (65) so as to use the fluid in the production of the products, at least a device (17A, 17B, 41) for purifying the fluid arranged between the communicating means and the dispensing means, at least a sensor (51, 53, 57) for acquiring a purity information concerning the purity of the fluid downstream of the purifying device. The installation further comprises means (61) for storing the purity information. The invention is useful for producing food, pharmaceutical, parapharmaceutical, electronic products and the like.
Cette installation (1) comprend des moyens (11A, 11B) de mise en communication avec une source du fluide, des moyens (65) de distribution du fluide, des moyens (5) de production de produits (3) associés aux moyens (65) de distribution du fluide pour utiliser le fluide dans la production des produits, au moins un dispositif (17A, 17B, 41) de purification du fluide disposé entre les moyens de mise en communication et les moyens de distribution, au moins un capteur (51, 53, 57) d'acquisition d'une information de pureté relative à la pureté du fluide en aval du dispositif de purification.
