The invention concerns an installation consisting of a central stationary teleconnection center (15) comprising stationary servers (14), software modules, databanks and land-based call centers (21). Said land-based call centers contain all the data specific to the individual ships. Said installation also comprises mobile communication platforms (16) consisting each of a central unit (1), software modules and input control/interface panels (2) on the ships equipped with the installation, with antennae and a 12/24 volt power supply for communicating with the stationary teleconnection center (15) via a GSM network, a maritime telephone network or a satellite network. The invention also concerns a method for operating said installation, said method whereby the data transmitted by the mobile central unit (1) can be updated with the servers (14) and data of any type, independent of the ships and relevant to the management and operation of said ships, can be made available in the corresponding banks. Said data are exchanged on a bi- directional basis 24 hours over 24 hours, by means of corresponding software modules, in accordance with a controlled and fee-paying authorization against payment.
L'invention concerne une installation composée d'un centre de téléconnexion stationnaire central (15) comprenant des serveurs stationnaires (14), des modules logiciels, des banques de données et des centres d'appel (21) sur terre. Ces centres d'appel sur terre contiennent toutes les données spécifiques aux navires, pertinentes pour la gestion et l'exploitation des navires individuels. Cette installation comporte également des plates-formes de communication mobiles (16), se composant chacune d'une unité centrale (1), de modules logiciels et de panneaux de commande/interfaces d'entrée (2) sur les navires équipés de l'installation, avec des antennes et une alimentation en courant 12/24 volts pour la communication avec le centre de téléconnexion stationnaire (15) par le biais d'un réseau GSM, d'un réseau téléphonique maritime ou d'un réseau satellite. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour faire fonctionner cette installation, procédé selon lequel des données émises par l'unité centrale mobile (1) peuvent être mises à jour avec les serveurs (14) et des données de tout type, indépendantes des navires et pertinentes pour la gestion et l'exploitation de ces navires, peuvent être mises à disposition dans des banques de données correspondantes. Ces données sont échangées de façon bidirectionnelle 24 heures sur 24, au moyen de modules logiciels correspondants, selon une autorisation d'accès contrôlée et payante si besoin est.
