Installation for the production of synthetic gas from natural gas and air or oxygen diluted with an inert gas including at least one synthetic gas production reactor, at least one compressor driven by a power turbine. According to the invention, the installation can also include: at least one means of separating the water formed by the reaction, at least one means of preheating the air or oxygen diluted with an inert gas, at least one means of preheating the natural gas, a means of eliminating solid exhaust particles and a means of cooling the reactor effluents. The invention also concerns a process for producing synthetic gas using this installation.
Installation de production de gaz de synthèse à partir de gaz naturel et d' air ou oxygène dilué par un gaz inerte comportant au moins un réacteur de préparation du gaz de synthèse, au moins un compresseur entraîné par une turbine de puissance. L'installation selon l'invention peut en outre comprendre: au moins un moyen de séparation de l'eau formée dans la réaction, au moins un moyen de préchauffage de l'air ou oxygène dilué par un gaz inerte, au moins un moyen de préchauffage du gaz naturel, un moyen d'élimination des particules solides en sortie du réacteur et un moyen de refroidissement des effluents du réacteur. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production de gaz de synthèse utilisant cette installation.
