12 ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION Installation for continuously drying, dehydrating or microwave baking of granular or powdered products. The installation comprises in particular an applicator (4) connected to a generator (1) by means of a coupling device (3). According to the invention, a dielectric tube (5) passes through at least one such applicator (4) and contains a rotating metal screw (8) for conveying the product to be treated, said metal screw being comprised of at least one helically wound wire extending at a distance from the tube and close to the internal surface thereof.
