Installation for effluent producing well comprising a well casing (16) in the well (10) forming a drainage channel for effluent between a reservoir bed of rock (14) and an outlet (30), the well casing (16) comprising a choke (36) designed to ease the flow of effluent in the well casing, and forming an annular space (20) in conjunction with the side of the well shaft (18). According to the invention, the installation also comprises an insulating sleeve (38) in the annular space extending partway down the well.
