ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An installation for handling or moving a load com- prises a table on which bearing balls roll freely and which is bordered by a trough that extends along at least two edges of the table. Apparatus is provided for return- ing to the table bearing balls that fall into the trough. In this way the balls are returned randomly to the table. The installation is more suitable than prior apparatus for handling large loads or making them turn.
