ABSTRACT An apparatus for the centrifugal extraction of one liquid by another, of the type comprising a series of stages in each of which two non-miscible liquids are conducted through a common pump, separated by centrifugation and collected in two separate collector spaces; the two liquids passing through the installation in opposite directions, and at least one of the liquids leaving at least one of the stages is transferred into the collector space of the other liquid in another stage of the series.
