The sliding track comprises two sliding channels (3, 4) and a longitudinal seat blocking mechanism (15) comprising four elastically flexible blades (16 to 19), each with teeth (28) that are designed to fit into notches (20) on the second channel when in a locked position. The first channel comprises an unlocking mechanism (23) designed to act simultaneously on all four blades by bending them elastically in order to disengage the teeth of all the blades from the notches. The blades are arranged relative to each other in such a manner as to ensure that, in most positions in which the first channel may be placed in relation to the second channel, at least one the blades engages with the notches.
La glissière comprend un premier et un deuxième profilés (3,4) coulissant l'un par rapport à l'autre, et un mécanisme (15) de blocage longitudinal du siège qui comporte quatre lames (16 à 19) élastiquement flexibles comportant chacune des dents (28) adaptées pour coopérer, dans une position de verrouillage, avec des crans (20) réalisés sur le deuxième profilé. Le premier profilé comporte des moyens de déverrouillage (23) adaptés pour agir simultanément sur les quatre lames, en les faisant fléchir élastiquement, de manière que les dents de toutes les lames soient dégagées hors des crans. Les lames sont disposées les unes par rapport aux autres de sorte que, dans la plupart des positions relatives du premier profilé par rapport au deuxième profilé, au moins l'une des lames engrène avec les crans.
