ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The instantaneous generator of hot water to be applied to any steam source of an espresso coffee machine is of the type having a condensation chamber provided with means for causing the instantaneous heating of the water coming from a cold water source by means of the saturated steam coming from said steam source. The means for instantaneously heating the cold water include a hollow body having a steam inlet and a cold water inlet arranged upstream from the steam inlet both the steam inlet and the cold water inlet opening in the hollow of the body acting as a condensation chamber.
