The present invention provides an instrument panel suitable for use on an industrial vehicle such as a fork- lift truck and excellent in noise insulating characteristics, switch configuration characteristics, safety and maintenance facility. The instrument panel is disposed in front of a driver's seat, made of a synthetic resin and arranged to have a switch portion with a variety of switches and a cylinder cover for covering a portion of a tilt cylinder with protrusively facing the driver's seat. A noise insulating seal member is interposed between the lower end surface of the instrument panel and the toe board.
