ABSTRACT An insulated garage door installation comprises a plurality of pivotally connected door panels, each having an interior cavity filled with insulating material. Weather stripping is provided between adjacent door panels to prevent heat loss. Each panel has a pair of rollers trained in a track for opening and closing the door. The track consists of a pair of first overhead horizontal tracks, a set of second overhead horizontal tracks, and a pair of vertical tracks connected to the second horizontal tracks by a curved portion of track. All the rollers of the door are trained in the vertical tracks and second horizontal tracks, except for the top roller of the top door panel which is guided by the first horizontal tracks. The vertical track is cammed and the first horizontal track is adjustable so that the door panels make a tight seal with the door jamb when the door is closed. The vertical track is movably mounted on an L-shaped frame member constructed of heat insulating material which is securely mounted to the door jamb.
