ABSTRACT The wall is made up of panels, each panel having a top flange, a bottom flange and end flanges. The bottom flange rest on a footing and has an angle iron attached to the footing to hold the panel in place. A plate is supported on the top flange and joists rest on the plate. Reinforcing sibs are provided and foam plastic is disposed between the flanges and the panel pro- viding insulation properties.
