A construction panel formed of heavy gauge metal enclosing foam insulation. The panels are assembled from opposing shells having generally perpendicular extensions from each side and end caps. Opposite edges of the panels form mating tongue and groove. Heat breaks are provided between the shells. Braces are disclosed which support the shells and minimize pillowing when the panel interior is filled with foam insulation. To accommodate wiring or plumbing, a raceway formed by a conduit with mating male and a female swaged ends is passed through the panel between the panel sides.
