ABSTRACT INSULATING COATING The invention relates to an insulating coating conserving dielectric characteristic over a very wide range of temperatures. This coating is constitued by a layer of mica, a glass fabric and a layer of polytetrafluorethylene. This coating is mainly intented for protection against fire of electrical conductors fluid conduits, connecting components or equipments. Its more particulary applied to the protection of the electrical control, illuminating or sofety circuits in the nuclear chemical, oil, aeronautic, naval and space industries.
