42 An insulating double-layered container comprising an insulating layer between the inner and the outer containers wherein an antibacterial layer is formed on at least one of said inner container and said outer container is capable of maintaining the container in good sanitary conditions without the bacterial growth even if they are attached to the surface of the inner container.
