ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The insulating glass pane consists of two individual panes of glass that are connected by means of a plastic stand-off frame which incorporates two layers of different composition, of which the inner layer defines the interior space between the panes and is formed by a hardened adhesive that contains a substance that absorbs water vapour, and of which the outer layer consists of a hardened adhesive that is different from the adhesive that forms the inner layer.
