According to the invention, the spacer profile (3) has two side pads (8) which are provided permanently with a sealing, plastic and elastic material and comprise continuation pads (11). Said continuation pads (11) create, at a distance from their edge area (12) connected to the hollow profile, a first bearing point (13) for the individual plates (2), which is preferably in the form of a spacer or a swelling (15), as well as a clearance (14) located between the continuation pad and the individual plate (2) and filled with the sealing material (9). Said continuation pads (11) are elastic and exhibit, in their edge area (12) close to the transverse pad (7), a second bearing point (16), which becomes functional when the side plates (2) are subjected to a load in the transverse direction.
Selon la présente invention, le profilé d'écartement (3) présente deux garnitures latérales (8), qui sont pourvues d'un matériau d'étanchéification, plastique et élastique de manière permanente, et présentent des garnitures de prolongation (11). Ces garnitures de prolongation (11) engendrent, à distance de leur zone marginale connectée au profil creux, un premier point d'appui (13) pour les plaques individuelles (2), qui est de préférence conçu sous forme d'écarteur ou de gonflement (15), ainsi qu'un interstice (14), qui est situé entre la garniture de prolongation et la plaque individuelle (2) et est rempli de matériau d'étanchéification (9). Lesdites garnitures de prolongation (11) sont élastiques et présentent, dans leur zone marginale (12) approchant la garniture transversale (7), un second point d'appui (16), qui entre en fonction lorsque les plaques latérales (2) sont sollicitées en direction transversale.
