There is described a spacer for use in connecting the edges of two or more panes of insulating glass, panel walls or the like. It is extruded in one material and is formed with retaining lips (external and internal). The present invention improve actual window systems by having an innovative shape of material providing precise thickness, new technique of spacer frame preparation, novel external lips to increase strength of assembly and possibility to be utilised in most of today multi-pane glazing assembly. Its body is made of Polyvinyl chloride(PVC) with appropriate mineral type filler providing better insulation, ease of production techniques, and low cost of product. Together these innovations gives exceptional insulation, adhesion characteristics and weather resistance when utilised with proper sealant and desiccant material.
