A housing is provided with a plurality of housing parts. The housing parts are telescopically connected between a compact position and an extended position. An inside of the housing parts defines a compact area in the compact position, and defines an extended area in the extended position. One of the housing parts defines a fluid opening. A holding container is provided inside the housing parts. The holding container has a fluid opening connected with the fluid opening of the one housing part. The holding container has fluid impermeable walls which fold in on themselves when the housing parts move from the extended position to the compact position. The walls unfold when the housing parts move from the compact position to the extended position in order to define a fluid holding cavity.
