-1- An insulation panel and a vertical and horizontal tie means for use with the panel Abstract of the Disclosure A thermal insulation panel for use in the construction of walls and ceilings comprises a sheet of expanded foam plastics material whose edges are provided with recesses which are adapted to receive a vertical and horizontal tie means for tying adjacent panels together. The recesses have a T-slot configuration for receiving a tie means also provided by this invention and comprising a plate and at least one member extending from one surface of the plate. The panels and tie means interlock by means of a sliding fit of the plate and member into the recesses of adjacent panels.
