A rafter clip for the purpose of retaining and/or fastening insulation between rafters or timber framework said rafter clip comprising a main body formed in a finger shape which is generally flat and may have at least one hole for the purpose of receiving a nail or screw to fasten the clip to the rafter said body and at least one retaining tooth said body which may also be apertured and may have channels or recesses, perforations of flanges or a combination of all these formed in the body for strengthening and flexibility purposes.
