ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An insulator assembly for windows is disclosed. The assembly has a flexible film sheet with a reflective section and a transparent suction for use in winter and summer. The flexible sheet has sufficient width to extend across the width of the window opening and a length of at least the height of the window opening, the sheet having an insulating opaque portion extending for at least the height of the window opening and a transparent portion. A top roller is provided for rolling and unrolling the sheet, and applying a tension to the sheet. A bottom roller is also provided for the sheet at the bottom of the window and an edge frame around the window opening has a sealing surface to seal the sheet over the window opening.
