An integral molding method of a gasket of a fuel cell-use component member (A) which integrally cross-linking-molding, by a mold (22) provided with a heating means, gasket elements (12, 13) with the peripheral portion and the outer peripheral portion of the opening (11) of a membrane-electrode joint body (20) consisting of a electrolytic membrane (8), gas diffusion layers (9, 10) laminated and integrated on the opposite surfaces of the membrane via a catalyst carrier layer constituting an electrode, and the opening (11) formed in its side, characterized in that the mold (22) comprises a cavity (23) corresponding the gasket element forming unit, and a heat insulating region corresponding to power generation functioning portion of the fuel cell-use component member (A) to let the heat insulating region shut off the transmission of molding heat to the power generation functioning portion, not- cross-linked gasket material being loaded in the cavity (23), the gasket material being heat-crosslink-molded by the heating means.

Procédé de moulage intégral de garniture d~un élément de composant à utiliser comme pile à combustible (A) consistant à mouler par réticulation intégralement, grâce à un moule (22) pourvu d~un moyen de chauffage, des éléments de garniture (12, 13) avec la portion périphérique et la portion périphérique externe de l'ouverture (11) d~un corps de jonction d~électrode à membrane (20) consistant en une membrane électrolytique (8), en des couches de diffusion de gaz (9, 10) stratifiées et intégrées sur les surfaces opposées de la membrane par le biais d~une couche porteuse catalytique constituant une électrode, et en l~ouverture (11) formée dans son côté, caractérisé en ce que le moule (22) comprend une cavité (23) correspondant à l~unité de formation d'élément de garniture, et une région d'isolation thermique correspondant à la portion de production d'énergie de l'élément de composant à utiliser comme pile à combustible (A) pour laisser la région d'isolation thermique interrompre la transmission de chaleur de moulage à la portion de production d'énergie, le matériau de garniture non réticulé étant chargé dans la cavité (23), le matériau de garniture étant moulé par réticulation thermique par le moyen de chauffage.
