The invention concerns an integral threaded assembly (100) of two metal tubes comprising a male element (11) and a female element (31), each of said elements comprising a support surface (14, 38), a taper thread (15, 35), a seating (17, 37) and an end surface (18, 34). The end and support surfaces are planar and perpendicular to the axis XX of the assembly. The male seating (17) is separated from the male thread (15) by a lip (20) having externally a tapered lip surface (16) with conicity equal to that of the male thread (15) and substantially in the extension (D1) of the tangent (19) to the male thread roots. The distance PL between the end (18) and support (14) surfaces of one same element (11) is adapted to the corresponding distance BL on the other element (31) so that at the end of the assembling process, the abutting is carried out first between the inner pair (18, 38) of support surfaces.

L'assemblage fileté intégral (100) de deux tubes métalliques selon l'invention comprend un élément mâle (11) et un élément femelle (31), chacun des éléments comprenant une surface d'appui (14, 38), un filetage conique (15, 35), une portée d'étanchéité (17, 37) et une surface d'extrémité (18, 34). Les surfaces d'extrémité et d'appui sont planes et perpendiculaires à l'axe XX de l'assemblage. La portée d'étanchéité mâle (17) est séparée du filetage mille (15) par une lèvre (20) qui présente extérieurement une surface de lèvre (16) conique de conicité égale à celle du filetage mâle (15) et sensiblement dans le prolongement (D1) de la tangente (19) aux fonds du filet mâle. La distance telle que PL entre les surfaces d'extrémité (18) et d'appui (14) d'un même élément (11) est adaptée à la distance BL correspondante sur l'autre élément (31) pour qu'en fin d'assemblage, la mise en butée se fasse en premier lieu entre la paire intérieure (18, 38) de surfaces d'appui.
