ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention relates to plastic bags suitable for use as garbage bags. The bags of the present invention have a sub- stantially V-shaped mouth configuration which enables the bag to be tied-off tightly after it has been filled, and also provides an integral carrying handle for the bag after it has been tied-off. Several novel methods of constructions of a plurality of the bags are also disclosed.
