ABSTRACT A one-piece integrally cast plastic shell for parts such as automobile door panels, controls and instrument panels has first and second shell segments formed from cured plastic powder of first and second colors respectively. A pin-stripe or common color connector of cured plastic powder is integrally joined to inboard shell edges to define a recessed pin-stripe or common color transitions between first and second panels of different color as defined by the first and second shell segments.
