A flexible, integrally formed single piece light emitting diode (LED) light wire that provides a smooth, uniform lighting effect from all directions of the LED light wire. The integrally formed single piece LED light wire contains a conductive base (201) comprising first and second bus elements formed from a conductive material. The bus elements distribute power from a power source (205) to LEDs (202) that are mounted on the first and second bus elements so that it draws power from and adds mechanical stability to the first and second bus elements. The flexible, integrally formed single piece LED light wire is assembled so that the first and second bus elements are connected to each other prior to the LED being mounted and such integrally formed single piece LED light wire is formed without a substrate.
L'invention concerne un fil lumineux à diodes électroluminescentes monopièce formé d'un seul tenant, offrant un effet d'éclairage régulier, uniforme, dans toutes les directions du fil lumineux. Le fil lumineux contient une base conductrice (201) comportant un premier et un deuxième élément bus formés en matériau conducteur. Les éléments bus distribuent du courant provenant d'une source de courant (205), à des diodes électroluminescentes (202) montées sur le premier et le deuxième élément bus de telle manière que les diodes électroluminescentes absorbent du courant du premier et du deuxième élément bus et confèrent une meilleure stabilité mécanique à ceux-ci. Le fil lumineux est assemblé de telle manière que le premier et le deuxième élément bus sont connectés l'un à l'autre avant montage de la diode électroluminescente.
