The present invention relates to a mobile cutting board apparatus, which can be selectively positioned in a functional or a stowed position, for attachment to an under- counter dishwashing machine having top surface mounts, comprising a cutting surface unit, a slidable track unit and a mounting unit. The cutting surface unit is connected to the slidable track unit and the slidable track unit is connected to the mounting unit. The mounting unit is adapted for connection to the top surface mounts of the under- counter dishwasher machine thereby allowing the cutting surface unit to slidably move from the stowed position to the functional position. A matching fascia unit can also be attached to the cutting unit, thus concealing it when in the stowed position.
