An integrated fan shroud and reservoir assembly configured for mounting to a support structure generally adjacent a vehicle radiator and around at least one engine cooling fan. The assembly includes a body having at least one hollow portion defining a receptacle and an interchangeable fillneck design in communication with the receptacle. The interchangeable fillneck design allows for flexible under-hood packaging and the maximization of convenience in terms of the location of an opening in the fillneck which communicates with the reservoir. Preferably, the assembly also includes molded-in bushing inserts for improved mounting, such as for mounting one or more engine cooling fans on the assembly and for mounting the assembly to a support structure, such as to a vehicle radiator, to a radiator support or to an integrated front end system. Additionally, preferably the assembly also includes an internally molded washer fluid level sensor and a fluid pump which is press fit into a recess in the assembly. Desirably, the assembly is formed of a high-grade engineering resin which allows for enhanced performance (i.e. heat, vibration, freeze/thaw and thermal cycle), and is made using a plastic injection molding process and a hot-plate welded process.
