The present invention relates to the technology of making walls, ceilings, columns and other kinds of elements by using special form-works. In the existing technology the form works, made of wood, steel, aluminum etc., are placed and filled with concrete. Then the form-works are removed and the face of the concrete is finished, many disadvantages of these technologies may be eliminated by using the present invention that is a thin plate of concrete or other suitable materials. The plate has a finished face and may remain embedded in the concrete element.
