ABSTRACT A flexible mask plate suitably deposited on the back side of a medium of exchange and a flexible alpha-numeric or graphic seal plate deposited on the exposed side of the mask plate. A flexible base plate suitably deposited on the front side of the medium of exchange. A flexible data plate carrying an alpha-numeric start sequence suitably deposited on the flexible base plate; a flexible verification plate carrying on alpha-numeric end sequence suitably deposited on the flexible base plate; and, a flexible recording plate capable of carrying and displaying any entry made by a user and suitably deposited on the flexible base plate. An external logical and mathematical algoritiun is used to derive a specific alpha-numeric end sequence from an alpha-numeric start sequence. A flexible and removable shield plate capable of generally being impenetrable to visible light and other electromagnetic radiation deposited on the flexible verification plate. And, a flexible alpha-numeric or graphic seal plate suitably deposited on the flexible and removable shield plate.
