The invention relates to an integrated method for producing trioxane from formaldehyde. According to said method, a flow A1 containing water and formaldehyde as well as a recirculation flow B2 substantially composed of water and formaldehyde are delivered to a trioxane synthesis reactor in which the formaldehyde is reacted to trioxane such that a product flow A2 containing trioxane, water, and formaldehyde is obtained. Flow A2 and a recirculation flow D1 containing trioxane, water, and formaldehyde are fed to a first distillation column and are distilled at a pressure ranging from 0.1 to 2.5 bar such that a trioxane-enriched flow B1 and flow B2, which is essentially composed of water and formaldehyde, are obtained. Flow B1 is delivered to a second distillation column and is distilled at a pressure ranging from 0.2 to 17.5 bar such that a product flow substantially comprising trioxane and a flow C1 containing trioxane, water, and formaldehyde are obtained. Flow C1 is fed to a third distillation column and is distilled at a pressure ranging from 1 to 10 bar such that the recirculation flow D1 containing trioxane, water, and formaldehyde as well as a flow D2 that is substantially composed of water are obtained.
La présente invention concerne un procédé intégré pour préparer du trioxane à partir de formaldéhyde, comprenant une première phase au cours de laquelle un flux (A1) contenant de l'eau et du formaldéhyde, et un flux de retour (B2) formé sensiblement d'eau et de formaldéhyde, alimentent un réacteur de synthèse de trioxane dans lequel le formaldéhyde est converti en trioxane, ce qui permet d'obtenir un flux de produits (A2) contenant du trioxane, de l'eau et du formaldéhyde. Le flux (A2) et un flux de retour (D1) contenant du trioxane, de l'eau et du formaldéhyde, alimentent une première colonne de distillation, et sont distillés sous une pression de 0,1 à 2,5 bar, ce qui permet l'obtention d'un flux (B1) enrichi en trioxane, et du flux (B2) formé sensiblement d'eau et de formaldéhyde. Le flux (B1) alimente une seconde colonne de distillation et est distillé à une pression de 0,2 à 17,5 bar, ce qui permet l'obtention d'un flux de produit (C2) formé sensiblement de trioxane, et d'un flux (C1) contenant du trioxane, de l'eau et du formaldéhyde. Le flux (C1) alimente une troisième colonne de distillation et est distillé à une pression de 1 à 10 bar, ce qui permet l'obtention du flux de retour (D1) contenant du trioxane, de l'eau et du formaldéhyde, et d'un flux (D2) formé sensiblement d'eau.
