An integrated roller bearing and fluid transfer sleeve (10) adapted for supporting and transferring fluid to a rotating shaft (20) in a gas turbine engine reduction gearbox (11). The integrated roller bearing and fluid transfer sleeve (10) comprises a fluid transfer sleeve having a sleeve casing (12) defining therein an annular fluid plenum (22) open radially outwardly, and at least two spaced apart roller bearing assemblies (14) each comprising an annular outer race integral with the sleeve casing (12) and each assembly comprising a plurality of roller elements (18) supported by the outer race. Each roller bearing assembly (14) is disposed within the sleeve casing(12), one at each opposing end thereof, and the plurality of roller elements (18) in each assembly define a first inner diameter (23) substantially equal to an outer diameter of the rotating shaft adapted to be supported by the roller elements (18).

Cette invention concerne un palier à rouleaux et un manchon de transfert de fluide intégrés (10), conçus pour recevoir et transférer un fluide vers un arbre rotatif (20) dans un réducteur (11) d'une turbine à gaz. Le palier à rouleaux et le manchon de transfert de fluide intégrés (10) comprennent un manchon de transfert de fluide comportant un logement (12) de manchon définissant une chambre de répartition (22) de fluide annulaire ouverte radialement vers l'extérieur et au moins deux ensembles paliers (14) à rouleaux espacés l'un de l'autre et comprenant chacun une bague extérieure annulaire intégrée au logement (12) du manchon et comprenant chacun une pluralité d'éléments rouleaux (18) reposant sur la bague extérieure. Chacun des ensembles paliers (14) à rouleaux est disposé dans le logement (12) du manchon, chacun à une extrémité opposée dudit logement, et la pluralité d'éléments rouleaux (18) de chaque ensemble définit un premier diamètre (23) intérieur sensiblement égal au diamètre extérieur de l'arbre rotatif conçu pour reposer sur les éléments rouleaux (18).
