ABREGE DESCRIPTIF. RESISTANCE INTEGREE SUR UN SUBSTRAT SEMICONDUCTEUR. L'invention concerne une résistance intégrée sur un substrat semiconducteur et qui peut supporter des tensions élevées. La résistance intégrée est constituée par un caisson de polarité inverse à celle du substrat (10) et a la forme d'un ruban (12) enroulé autour de l'une de ses extrémités qui est reliée électriquement à un pôle conducteur (14). Le pôle conducteur permet la liaison électrique du ruban avec la face arrière du substrat et à travers ce substrat. Figure 2.
