A catalytic cracking process includes more than one catalytic cracking step and integrates catalytic cracking steps with hydroprocessing in order to maximize olefins production, distillate quality and octane level of the cracked product. In the process, a hydrocarbon feed is hydroprocessed in a hydroprocessor (23) with thishydroprocessed hydrocarbon being passed to a first catalytic cracking zone (10) to form a first cracked product. This first cracked product is passed to a separator (17) in which hydrocarbon fractions including a gas oil-containing bottoms fraction are separated. This bottoms fraction is then passed to a second hydroprocessor (19) to form a second hydroprocessed hydrocarbon. This second hydroprocessed hydrocarbon is then passed to a second separator (20) to separate a hydroprocessed bottoms fraction and an unspent hydrogen fraction. The unspent hydrogen fraction is combined with the feed and the hydroprocessed bottoms fraction is passed to a second catalytic cracker (11) to form a second cracked product.
L'invention concerne un processus de craquage catalytique se déroulant sur plusieurs étapes de craquage catalytique, au cours desquelles un procédé d'hydrocraquage est mis en oeuvre pour maximiser la production d'oléfines, la qualité du distillat, et la teneur en octane du produit de craquage. Ce processus consiste tout d'abord à soumettre une charge d'hydrocarbures à un hydrocraquage dans un dispositif d'hydrocraquage (23), cette charge d'hydrocarbures étant par ailleurs amenée à traverser une première zone de craquage catalytique (10) de manière à former un premier produit de craquage. Ce processus consiste ensuite à amener ce premier produit de craquage à traverser un séparateur (17), destiné à séparer des fractions d'hydrocarbures renfermant une fraction de gas-oil de fond. Ce processus consiste par ailleurs à amener cette fraction de fond à traverser un second dispositif d'hydrocraquage (19) afin de former une seconde charge d'hydrocarbures d'hydrocraquage, laquelle est ensuite amenée à traverser un second séparateur (20) destiné à séparer une fraction d'hydrocraquage de fond et une fraction d'hydrogène non usée. Enfin, ce processus consiste à combiner cette fraction d'hydrogène non usée avec la charge et à amener la fraction d'hydrocraquage de fond à traverser un second craqueur catalytique (11) pour former un second produit de craquage.
